These terms govern your use of lunestudio.life and any purchase from Luné Studio Ltd ("we"). By placing an order you agree to them. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a UK consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

1. About us

Luné Studio Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (No. 14820391), VAT-registered, trading from London.

2. Orders & contract

Your order is an offer. A contract forms when we email you to confirm dispatch. We may decline orders (e.g. stock, pricing error, suspected fraud) and refund any payment in full.

3. Prices & payment

Prices are in GBP and include UK VAT. Payment is taken at checkout via Stripe. We are not responsible for bank charges or currency conversions on non-UK cards.

4. Delivery

See our Shipping page. Risk passes to you on delivery; title passes when we receive cleared funds.

5. Cancellation & returns

You have a 14-day statutory right to cancel from delivery, plus our 30-day goodwill returns window. See Returns & Refunds.

6. Faulty or misdescribed goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. We will repair, replace or refund faulty items at no cost to you.

7. Health disclaimer

Our products and content are not medical advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting any exercise programme, especially if pregnant, injured or managing a health condition.

8. Intellectual property

All site content, branding and product designs are owned by or licensed to Luné Studio Ltd. You may not reproduce them without written permission.

9. Liability

We do not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the price paid.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales and subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
