30-day, no-questions-asked returns on unused items in original packaging. For hygiene reasons, grip socks must be unworn with tags attached.

Statutory cancellation right

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason. Notify us in writing, then return the goods within 14 days of cancellation.

How to return

• Email returns@lunestudio.life with your order number.
• We'll send a prepaid UK returns label.
• Refunds issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receipt.

Faulty items

If anything arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us and we'll repair, replace or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 at no cost to you.
